HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

2. EMAIL INFO@DANYAMAROU.COM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER #, AND REASON FOR RETURN.
3. WE HAVE A 7-DAY RETURN POLICY; ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THIS PERIOD.
4. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST. A $10.00 FLAT FEE IS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
5. ELIGIBLE ITEMS: UNWORN, UNUSED, WITH TAGS ATTACHED; NO RETURNS AFTER TAG REMOVAL.
6. FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

AS CUSTOM-MADE DRESSES ARE UNIQUELY TAILORED, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. WHILE WE STRIVE TO ENSURE YOUR DRESS FITS PERFECTLY AND MEETS EXPECTATIONS, REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE ONCE THE DRESS-MAKING PROCESS HAS BEGUN.
FOR CONCERNS REGARDING CRAFTSMANSHIP OR DRESS QUALITY, PLEASE REACH OUT WITHIN 7 DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL COLLABORATE WITH YOU TO ADDRESS AND RESOLVE ANY ISSUES WITHIN THE 7 DAY TIME FRAME.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
ONCE THE RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED FOR RETURN ELIGIBILITY, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE NOTE IT MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND. A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED PAST THE 7 DAY RETURN POLICY LIMIT.
